Destiny

Love is not the only intricate malediction that ever inflicted humanity.

Love is not the only intricate malediction that ever inflicted humanity. It's not only about the most wonderful feeling or devastating disease ever contaminated the human race. It is not only about incurable romance or destructive malady enough to launch a thousand ships for Helen or break apart the throne of Napoleon Bonaparte.

Love is also about…destiny.

With over eight billion of people around the world, how can somebody say, “He's the one.”, or “She's the one.”? Or maybe it would be more apt to ask, how can somebody find the right one?

Destiny.

The story starts with the delineation of a boy…

“As a little kid I'd often lie on the riverbank near our home and gaze at the stars for hours on end. I was intensely curious about the universe, the mysteries of life and the place of mankind in the full spectrum of possibilities.”

It continued years later, with that picture of the innocent little girl sitting on the edge of a window pane…“Whenever I gazed to the wild array of stars in the skies, I was wishing for them (heroes) to materialize out of nowhere… I was a young Louis for many years waiting for my Superman to emerge in the gigantic panorama of the firmament.”

Destiny has been carved in their stars illumined by iridescent of the moon.

Cupid's arrow could have struck them right there and then. But isn't it destiny is sweeter when it matures with time like a wine in a barrel aged and sweetened in quality through the years? Destiny dictates that two souls be beseeched with bitter storms of life so that in the future they'll know the real meaning of love and happiness…and more so for them to realize that love is the only thing greater than the ocean of sufferings.

When your heart beats faster, your mind becomes fuzzy, your knees tremble, and you find yourself in the middle of a garden of wild flowers with bees and butterflies hovering above your head…you've finally met your destiny.

I did.
