Have you taken the time to notice harmony in the Universe? Do you wonder why we have so many different colors and types of flowers? Do you ponder the meaning of each snowflake that is different? I think it is the Universe telling us to appreciate diversity. There is harmony in music. Yes everyone can sing the same part but isn't it richer when we add harmony.
Cooperation in life is so important. We should learn from people who are different than we are. They show us how to perfect our theory. Harmony in organizations or families is about perspective. If you want to get someone to cooperate with you, you need to look at the challenge from their perspective. A four year old child has a totally different perspective than his 30 year old Father. The 30 year old father has a different perspective than the 55 year old grandfather.
Problems do not exist except in mathematics. Think of life and everything in it as a challenge. It would not be given to you if the Universe (God) didn't think you could handle it. Do not be afraid to ask a friend or associate for help. Remember that down the road
they may need you to help them. That is the benefit of teamwork. Reading a book is usually a one person operation. The greatest football quarterback would not do well if he tried to handle the opposing team single-handedly.
Many think my name of powerpeace makes no sense. That is because they have a negative definition of power. Power is not about war and death. Power is in education, cooperation, accountability, and harmony.
