Top 101 ways to be a great leader! No such thing , you just need to know the basic qualities of a leader that's all. First of all we need to know what's a leader, and what qualities should it have. Or ask your self what a leader should be or look like. Then as you unlock the knowledge about leaders, apply it to yourself to be a leader of people.
A leader is a person who leads a group of people with great influence, and for a purpose. A leader should have many qualities: have influence, encouraging, reliable, hardworking, selflessness, patience, honest, patience, courageous, and above all, responsible. It may seem hard to be a leader, which yes sometimes it is. However we can become a leader by having some of the qualities above or just by being different. That's how leaders usually starts out, by different or have influence on others. I have learned that leadership is not just about leading a group of people but knowing yourself and the group and know how to achieve the goals . Also being a leader is defiantly not an easy thing, for without influence, it's hard to have followers. But maybe some people see you doing rights and being different can help you. Lastly leaders have a lot of responsibilities, such as if people were mocking you, it's your responsibilities to solve it without having to cause troubles. It's also the responsibilities to show good examples for others even when you don't feel like it.
Now let's apply these questions to myself, how have I been a leader and how did my group work together, and last what have I learned in the process. I've attempted to be a leader of many things before. However, most recently I tried to be a leader of Christians. I gave my best effort to be friendly among the class and tried to stand up for what's right and show that I am a Christian. Although I'm not the greatest leader, I still have Christian friends, which I guess in this case is my group. We helped each other to stay on path and try calming each other down when we are angry by teasing. In the process I learned to have patient if you want to have followers. For they might not notice right away and patience for those who gets angry easily. Just have patience, and do what is right, people will start seeing you differently, and might be a follow of you. Although not all leaders do what is right, it may be a good start. This is what leadership is all about.
