The 7th Commandment

Thou shall not commit adultery. He who commits adultery lacks understanding and truth. Sexual sin disguises in deceit is a lustrous lip for the enemy has placed a mask of deceit on the person who is carrying out this kind of behavior. He does not understand what a wholesome relationship is about. There is a price or penalty to be paid to whosoever follows after such pleasure. You may not understand it now, but in the end, the effects will be noticeable.

The Decalogue (Ten Commandments) is very tender and special to God and that is why He made these demands. There is an immeasurable price to be paid when breaking these commandments. The price to be paid ranges from the consequences of simple sins to large scale criminal offenses. You should not ignore these basic commandments because they will keep you out of trouble with society and with God.

Everyone is made for marriage from the moment each one is birthed from the womb. The right relationship has to come from God. Marriage relationship should get better and better over the years and finding deeper root in God. Whenever you find yourself enjoying your wife and likewise the wife enjoying her husband, it is considered holy. There is a spiritual intercourse going on when both people find oneness with the Lord and it will impact your married life.

Whenever God ordains a relationship, everything will fall in place and the covenant made in the relationship is a vow unto God. Therefore, you should honor the marriage relationship forever. The secret to a perfect marriage is directly related to the time spent together with each other. Prayer is a necessary exercise in marriage. When we find ourselves in intimate relationship, we must go before the Lord.

Intercourse is truly a respective relationship that creates joy, pleasure, love, and fulfillment in a marriage. The act of intercourse also balances the body's reproductive activities to purposely operate its genetic functions as a universal phenomenal. This is very natural and normal. Sexual activity is for procreation, recreation, unification, honor, value, and dignity. All aspects of worth are fulfilled in it. Any sexual relationship outside of God's order, God will have to judge.

God does not want us to break His commandments. If we do, we are walking in deceit. If we seek God, we will find ourselves breaking away from sinful habits. There are unfaithful men and women and they are also in the church. Most immoral people are carrying deceits in their hearts. Moral failure is a separation from God. You cannot make light of sexual immorality because God condemns it. God will definitely judge fornicators and adulterers.

The bed is a special place where the married couple cohabitates. And, it must contain all the history and secrets of such affairs. The bed is considered undefiled but sexual immorality brings on pain. It will drain you, and as a consequence, your health will be affected.

Likewise, people in a married relationship should have the greatest sex. Their sex life is not carnal but spiritual. Since marriage is ordained from God for an honorable institution, there has to be great happiness and satisfaction that comes with it. Therefore, the equation to ecstasy is faithfulness in fidelity and intimacy.

Extra marital sexual relations are wrong and sinful. It is only a substitute. It will not bring half the pleasure desired as in a rightful relationship. God wants us to be under His grace. It is necessary to expiate any improper sexual behavior and come before the Lord. He will take away our sins and give us an opportunity to re-live our lives again.

When a woman knows that she is the only one in a man's eyes, it is a blessing to her. It makes her heart glad and she walks with a luminous smile on her face. Because of such, everyone hopes for that special one relationship that will last forever. The psalmist did say that he who finds a wife finds favor with God.

God knows exactly what you are looking for. Trust in Him and He will lead you to your rightful mate. It does not make sense divorce and remarry divorce and remarry again and again. If you do, you have lost sight of the true concept of a wholesome marriage. Remember, God does not approve of divorce, He only allows it because of the hardness of man's heart and it should not be an everyday thing. Amen.
