The Greatest Heroic Acts a Person Can Perform

Some people think that only those who have died saving someone or their country could be called a hero. But, there are other small things which you can do to be called a hero.

If we are going to talk about heroic acts, people would probably automatically presume that the person who did the act had died saving someone or the country. If you think that way too then you are probably wrong at some point because you don't need to die just to become a hero. There are a lot of happenings right now wherein you can do something to help others in your own little things. But you know, there are things like professions which you can become a hero just by indulging yourself to them. Why? Then you need to read the whole of this article.

  1. Becoming A Public Teacher in a Third World Country

  2. Being a teacher is not just about teaching because in every major event, they are always the one being called to serve (e.g. Elections). Talking about their salary, it only reaches $150 per month utmost yet they are in demand. What is very touching about the story of every teacher is that they are always the one to lend some money to every student who forgot their snacks. They are the ones to educate the uneducated students. Last but not the least; they are the ones who give the love to the unloved students. In the last Philippine election, a teacher died just because she protected the ballot from being touched by those who wanted to manipulate the election.

  3. Becoming a Metro Aide

  4. In contrary to those machines used for street sweeping in the first world countries, own hard work is used in the Third World countries. In the Philippines, although street sweeping is a very hard work, it could be considered as one of those underpaid jobs in the country; could you just imagine yourself being paid P4000 ($93) per month. This could be considered as very noble jobs because it helps lessen the garbage on the street, else, not only are the street sweepers helping themselves but also the whole country.

You are so right. We have hero\'s all around us, and we should be more thankful. Every father or mother who goes out every day to a low paying, hard job to support a family are hero\'s to me.
