All of you out there know that girls are weaker than guys, there's no denying that but what is unclear is why. Some people say that it's just because guys are born stronger than girls but I say that's complete BS. When babies are born they're all the same, weak, stupid and small. There's not much difference between guys and girls at that stage but later on the difference is much more pronounced.
One reason could be the society we live in. People expect girls to not be strong so parents shape their kids to follow society's standards. This can be noticed everywhere. Sports teams that only allows guys and cheerleaders only being girls. If that were to change the expectations of people would shift.
Another could be that girls simply don't exercise enough to fully train their muscles. This also has a bit to do with society's expectations, it doesn't leave a lot of room for girls' to exercise and frankly, I don't think they want to. From what I've experienced girls find every bit of physical pain unberable and give up whenever it occurs.
I am fully against the fact that guys are just supposed to be stronger than girls. It may be true to some degree but if someone was willing to actually do something about it, they could change that fact. Take other species for instance, their females are bigger, stronger and are more vicious than the males.
Here's an example, if a guy just sits on the couch everyday while the girl jogs everyday and plays sports, the girl is bound to be in much better physical form than the guy but the fact is, not a lot of girls do that. Although some girls are crazy about their weight, they're not even willing to exercise for it. I find that disgusting. I don't mind girls who are overweight but are actually trying to overcome it. That doesn't mean normal and fit girls are scum. As long as their not wussies I believe they're fine but that doesn't mean I don't have a preference.
I think the biggest problem here is society's standards. If people didn't mind girls and guys doing different things then there wouldn't be so much of a contraversy about this.
