Woman, Thou Art Beautiful the Way You Are

Skimpier clothing, weird alteration of the natural features, chemically made-up look - is presented as the society woman, liberated woman, accomplished woman, successful woman. Huh. I beg to differ.

Featuring Men: fully clothed in sober and earth colors, in comfortable fitting, neat and ironed cloths. Their faces washed and clean, hair done neat and them carrying any comfortable attaché. Their footwear flat and covering the feet, comfortable to walk and warm to the body. Across the years this has hardly changed, look into earlier portraits, clippings, movies and any visual media and one finds that men were always clothed the same way with small differences across a decade.

Featured women: Far fewer women are featured for the right reasons. They should be noticed and highlighted however plain they turn-out, yet they are presented thus:

Figure hugging, transparent, lacy materials, skimpier in all directions, breadth and length. Weird hair-dos with chemicals and conditioners lavishly thrown in to set the hair, grease and paint and colors abundantly painted on the face, footwear so little yet so difficult to carry or walk, all this and more. Nails must be polished and designed, eye-lashes to be fitted with brushes, teeth to be fitted with whatever

Women must pause and think for whose benefit are women presented this way. Are the women who turn-out this way, feeling any better internally than those who are better dressed (fully dressed, sans any make-up) Are women portrayed this way respected any more than the rest by the very same people projecting them or moving around with them? If one reads the celebrity magazines, how least respected they are one can find in there. Are these women feeling any safer physically? Statistics proves otherwise. Or are these women more successful?

Women are used as a show piece by men - fashion designers, cosmetic giants, and people in power and in decision making, anyone and everyone who has a say in the society are mis-representing WOMAN. They are lustily presenting the women with all physical features for display, to satisfy the satanic desires they have. May be, they feel superior by dropping the woman to the lowest level, manipulating her morally, emotionally, physically and economically. Wanting to match their counter-parts or hoping that success lies in exposure, few more women jump into the bandwagon of the already wrong guided women.

And women themselves, they encourage this too. Wonder why? Why the women should shoulders, thighs, and arm-pits, mid-riff all is bared? Is it not the private space of an individual? Why don't we demand that men bare all these too, so that we get to see a little more of other men, than the one we are married to? OR for those who are yet to be married, let them take a decision after assessing the physical properties of the man just as they do with the woman.

Advanced countries, liberated societies, educated populace; none has tried to bring in equality of women and men. All these have not understood how immorality, lust, vulgarity, money, exposure have undermined the true potential and ability of women, always highlighting or emphasizing on aspects of physical exposure than intellectual abilities.

All intellectual women find these vulgar presentations, over exposures, Christmas tree kind of get-up below their dignity and refuse to get down to the level were men want to meet them, assess them and work with them. Hence they work quietly, unknown to many, unexplored and unchallenged for the real thing that they can deliver. May be, on equal terms what they deliver will be far superior to what men have been doing, for fear of this, the women are dropped from the comfort level and then asked to perform, so that they constantly work at the insecurity and artificial façade that they have around them and half the effort is lost for this. The 100% energies are utilized partially for work at hand and partially to live inside the WEB that is created for them, by them and the society. Woman wake-up, be an individual and not an experimental show piece.

Turn out in your natural beauty, grace and poise. This can't be matched by any. Add to this your intelligence, endurance and grit. You will be a winner without exposing your inner beauty.
