The World seems to have wrong perspective for the role of men and women. Nowadays, there is a statement states that men and women should be equal for the jobs, education, obligations and rights. Actually, there is no bad side for women to have same education and job as men, but the roles will still be different. But the problem is, most of the women in the world now tend to equalize themselves to men, but they never thought that God has created men and women are different.
Maybe that is because there was a certain time previously that underestimated women and stated that women only can give birth, cook, and take care of the kids. And it makes the women struggling into the way that they can enjoy all things that men can enjoy. So, indirectly, it makes most of the women in the world nowadays tend to equalize themselves as men.
Actually, the perspective to equalize the role of men and women is not very good, because it will make a kind of role confusing. It's true to have educations and jobs for women, because as a wife and mother they must be clever to control and manage everything in the house, but they still have to accept that they still have the obligation to give birth to kids, take care of the kids, home, and cook for their family.
There are three things to be the guidance for getting the right role,
- Men and Women are created to be different physically.
- God is creating men and women are different, men can't pregnant but women can. So, while women pregnant, they need the protection from men.
- Most of the women can't lift the heavy things while men can, because men are stronger than women
- Men and Women are created to be different in their point of view.
- Men can do more than one thing without relating each other, that's why they have a more stable mood so that they can be professional and can be a better leader than women
- Women will be easily connecting one thing with another thing, so that they will be less professional than men
- Men and Women are created to balance each other
- Because Men can't pregnant, they need Women to procreate for them, Women are also the same, and they need men as well to have babies
- Because Men are stronger than women, so women need men to help and protect them, the same to women that they have to support men
- Because men are more professional, men are more suitable for being a leader, but, they need women to be their assistant to analyze something further for them because women can link one think with each other
this is a generalization not based in any fact. Sex and/or gender does not determine mood stability...the idea that women are more emotional is an outdated stereotype. Furthermore, who said mood stability is equal to professional success?

why is the ability to link important things a job for an assistant rather than a leader? using your argument i could easily say that men should assist women as they could \"stabalize\" the mood.
