Rilya Wilson: One Short Life

A four year old child is missing from a foster home for fifteen months. No one reports her missing. No one from Social Services notices she is missing. The foster "person" receives and continues to cash and spend the welfare checks sent each month for her care. Little Rilya Wilson has not be seen and is presumed dead at the hands of her foster "person".

There is very limited foster care in India. Some cities have now begun programs to care for the children of parents in prison for life, afflicted with aids and some other catastrophic situations.

Social Engineering in Today’s Society

Social engineering and society’s laws are two, opposite forces and its use on manipulation is a mark of a degrading race where individuals are outside the fence of civilized, ethical, and law-abiding society. In layman’s terms, social engineering means trickery or the absence of security; although this may seem dire, information and preparedness could still save people from its threats.
