Standing inside your home or other such building, first visualise a white light extending from your Solar Plexus located just below your navel and see this expand out, pushing out and dispersing any negative energies or entities which may be present in your environment. Once this has been achieved and the internal building is as full and as bright as it can be, push the light out to form a pyramid shield that comes down over entire block. It is important that you do not just include the house under this shield but the whole yard no matter how large or small it is, including apartment buildings.
Once this has been done you will now have a big pyramid of protection over your house and you must then go through the same process to create another pyramid, upside down that extends from the earth and connects and attaches to the first creating a diamond in which your building or home is encapsulated.
If during this process you have seen any negative energies or entities pushed out from this protected space, now you must call on their own spiritual guides, teachers and friends to lead them into the light so that they might undergo healing which will see them ready to embark upon their own spiritual path.
This shield can remain in place 24hrs a day if you wish or you may have it vanish with the sunrise. It is a very effective form of spatial protection and looks spiritually very pretty from the outside.
