Learn to Travel in your Dreams

We all dream. Is there a place you would like to go in your dreams. I share a simple method I use to travel in my dreams.

Is it possible that we travel while we are sleeping. Where do you go when you sleep? Do you remember your dreams? I share my simple method to learn to travel as you dream.

For years I seemed to have visited the same place in my dreams. Its a peaceful place near a river under a large sprawling Oak tree. There is a old log cabin on the edge of the river. At the cabin in my dream I would sit on a stump and watch the river.

As a child I would visit the cabin every night. I felt it gave me strength and comfort. The cabin is always there. I could visit anytime and stay as long as I wanted to.

This place of strength and comfort I speak of. You are welcome to visit. As you fall asleep visualize a place of strength and comfort for you. If you are unable to think of a place you are welcome to visit the cabin. Chant one of the ancient names for GOD (HU) Pronounced (Hee- uuu). Regardless of your beliefs or religion, singing HU can help you become happier and more secure in GODS love.

When you wake up you may remember your visit. Try to write it down. This is a simple yet powerful way to become more aware of your dreams. As you practice you will remember more of your dreams. You may even begin to remember valuable information from your dreams that could help you.
