New Age religion and spirituality has not gone too far. Although it seems to be named to problem from many different origins, New Age actually causes no harm. Despite the fact that many people are calling it NEW AGE, what is really is is a pre Christ religion that was called pagan or Wiccan. The differences between the two are minimal and not very important. But just the same they have both been classed as new age. New age has also been put under the category of Satanism. How that has managed to occur without proper inspection of what New Age is and is not.
As much as the New Age, Pagan, or Wiccan, which ever you want to call it, scares people it has only just begun. With or without consequence New Age has more to it then what has been stated to the negative side of it. It's been pointed out that it has caused nudity and sexual ceremonies. Taking the innocence of young adults while they believe that some good would come of it. Mass theft and chaos is attached to this. This is all just a bunch of things that happen regardless of whether or not New Age has anything to do with it. New Age is about finding your inner strengths. It does not mean that you cannot be another religion at the same time. But using the energies of the earth to heal and prosper and return that positive energy to the earth in return. Not pointing fingers at any religion but there is activist groups that have constantly tried to stop people from understanding New Age spirituality and failed. The beliefs of these groups seem to be that those who practice New Age spirituality commit murders for sacrifices and that many are drug users and cult members. That is false and uncalled for. New Age has never done anything of the kind, Satanic cults yes, New Age no. Regardless New Age has been named the problem for many things without understanding the beliefs and what the background is.
Whatever the problem is that people have with new age needs to be confronted not shielded. If they continue to shield themselves from the knowledge they could gain they may find it hard to go out in the real world sooner than they think. What will be the determining factor in whether or not New Age has gone to far, person that knows very little about the belief system of new age spirituality Or experience and understanding of it all?
