Stability and Realization

A brief opinion on reducing the complexity of life and allowing inspiration to flourish.

I think stable cultures have learned to be satisfied with their lifestyle. It is a peculiar notion and yet it shouldn't be - to be content with more of life - without the constant craving for something better, bigger, stronger, more vibrant, more hyper?

I believe in the "giving-up" of the idea that nothing can ever satisfy our needs. Some things do satisfy even most individuals. Usually these are the simpler things in life. Is there a better way to drink a glass of water than to drink a glass of water?

If we can see a pattern that points toward a simpler life filled with more contentment and satisfaction then we must realize that this is a good thing to have, and an excellent "positive" start to a healthy life.

It is the "satisfaction" times in life, I believe, that have brought the realizations, the revelations, the inspirations, and growth to new levels of understanding about what is important.
