Are you sugar and spice and everything nice, just like Snow White? Perhaps you are a born romantic just waiting for people to discover the princess in you, as was Sleeping Beauty. We all have characters from a Disney movie we love and identify with. We share their hopes, feel their fears, agonize over their struggles and embrace their triumphs as they delight, thrill, and inspire us. Take a light-hearted look at a few Disney leading ladies and find out which one you see most in yourself.

Pocahontas : Earth Priestess

From the Disney animated motion picture "Pocahontas." (1995)

Pocahontas (singing): “You can own the earth and still / All you'll own is earth until / You can paint with all the colors of the wind.”

If you're a Pocahontas fan, you'll admire her for her bravery and intelligence, her devotion to her beloved traditions and her love for Mother Earth. Pocahontas isn't afraid to stand up for what she knows is right, and is willing to put her own life at risk for the things she believes in. She trusts her instincts, and knows that the path to true happiness lies in listening to her heart.

The Pocahontas in you: You love nature wild and free, have an affinity with all living things and you're very much in tune with your spiritual side. You surround yourself with beautiful things, soothing nature sounds and a positive outlook. You keep the stress of modern life at bay by striving for the simple pleasures in life: the delight of a Sunday morning sleep-in, the joy lazing away a Sunday afternoon, the bliss of the company of friends and family.

Get Pocahontas' look: Earth tones and green shades are all very nice, but why limit yourself when you've got all the colors of the wind to play with? The key is to keep it simple, with earthy colors and organic fabrics. The dress code is loose, free-flowing, feminine yet comfortable. Bold accessories in shell, wood and precious stones such as turquoise draw attention to and add to your natural allure.

Mulan : Warrior Princess

From the Disney animated motion picture "Mulan." (1998)

The Emperor Of China : “I've heard a great deal about you, Fa Mulan. You stole your father's armor, ran away from home, impersonated a soldier, deceived your commanding officer, dishonored the Chinese Army, destroyed my palace, and... you have saved us all.”

Fa Mulan speaks to the spirit of adventure in all of us, that independent gal who knows she's just as clever, fast and energetic as any guy, if only society would let her show it. Mulan has a strong sense of her self and her abilities but feels constrained by society, and her family's expectations. Her love and devotion for her family propels her to take her father's place in the army; an act both brave and dangerous. Ultimately Mulan triumphs and proves to one and all that a courageous heart and determined spirit are all one needs to succeed and excel.

The Mulan in you: Just like Mulan, you have hidden strengths and abilities, a great heart and the courage of your convictions. You never back down from a challenge, and are prepared to step forward to help others weaker and needier than yourself. You make friends with one and all, reflect often on your actions and face whatever life throws at you with humor and humility.

Mulan's style file: The look is simple and functional rather than overtly showy or elaborate. Choose bold colors to be complemented by feminine, floral accents, paired with a well-tailored pair of jeans or cargo pants. Borrow from menswear styles and add messenger sling bags for a unisex look. Accessories are simple, casual and delicate in a timeless, go-anywhere style.

Cinderella: Always A Lady

From the Disney animated motion picture, "Cinderella." (1950)

Cinderella: “Why, it's like a dream. A wonderful dream come true.”

The classic story of a beautiful girl with a heart of gold, oppressed and ill-treated by her step family, only to fall in love and marry a prince, achieving happiness beyond her wildest dreams, Cinderella's story inspires us to believe that there is hope, and no matter how hard things can be, someday, your luck can change, and your life can improve.

The Cinderella in you: You're a glass-is-half-full kind of person, and manage to think positive no matter what comes your way. You accept your duties and responsibilities with grace, and have gratitude for the little things in life that most of us take for granted. You're down-to-earth, take delight in the simple pleasures of a job well done and the satisfaction and pride in things earned or made with your own two hands. You possess an inner strength and beauty that makes friendship come to you effortlessly.
