When going out on dates:
- Ask yourself who is this guy you are going out with? Do you trust him? First few dates, find your own way to dating location.
- Tell your friend/sis/parents who you are going out with & where.
- If you are in the car on a date & he seems to be not who you think he is, recognize this feeling. It could be an uncomfortable feeling, he is asking for sex & you are not consenting, you could be scared. Trust your instinct.
- You need to get out of the car. You need to use the toilet urgently. You have diarrhea or is going to be sick. Say you will vomit. Ask to go to toilet at a public place where there are a lots of people. Make a call to a friend in front of the guy. Tell them where you are or headed. They can come & join/pick you up. (to give details & information so that the guy becomes wary as you are saying) .
What's important is you get out of the situation: Think about your relationship later.
