Hard to be Hired

Search for jobs can’t seem a lot-easier. You look around, you make your pick, but search can drag on for months, when you can’t just find the ideal job, right location, it can get very frustrating.

Looking a job takes - time a lot of it. Though job vacancies flood, the mismatch between available jobs and over supply of applicants has gotten worse. Good thing, (I'm determined enough and I'm not one of those) I'm fully capable of earning my keep which I used to live cramped with other co-workers in an apartment near the office, later, rooming with a friend. One morning, she asks me for a job hunt, claiming she's quite sick and tired being a homebody and doing an icky chore. Without giving a second thought, I said, why not, Let's give it a try. Then the hunt begins… as expected, search for jobs can't seem a lot-easier. You look around, you make your pick, but search can drag on for months, when you can't just find the ideal job, right location, it can get very frustrating.

Truly, looking a job does take time. You do away the research online or the real-time, the walk in tasks that can take anywhere from one month to prepare your papers which will take one more month to process. If you're unlucky and encounter under-the-table demands at employment agency expect to wait longer.

Company offers:

Basic package as much as Ph 17,500.00

High commission rate

Car loan

Travel incentives and cash bonuses

Some companies using best come-ons to entice jobseekers. Many may sound too good to be true, but some of these are actually good buys. It's like throwing money which you'll find itching go on job hunting again. Sometimes, a quick looks at the employment ads or job posts catches your eagerness, don't hurry! Make sure to do your research on the background of the company that you are considering or worst, your dream job is turning into a nightmare. And, you felt like giving up. Don't give into despair. If you are determined enough, you could find ways there is always something to found, as I used to do, I have been through some failures in searching jobs. Lucky enough, when I used to work in IT Company, but it is not a high paying company as I thought it would be. Until shortly after I have my Net at home, now, I am but a home-office girl (I searched online, asking about the job good points, salary and company background) at first, it is not a job financially rewarding, I accepted the job because, I knows it is a big challenge. Just a few minutes in all, it should take if you are not too clumsy with the internet and computer.

Whatever fields or work you had, always given it your 100 percent, you have love what you do so it does not become work. You have to derive enjoyment from you do, because looking a job takes-time lot of it. Moreover, I'm glad now; my friend dream job has been finally found.
