Rudeness - throwing paperwork on desks instead of handing it speaking at 200 wpm and expecting others to follow the thread speaking in 'workshop jargon' instead of sifting through their own brain for words having 'catch-ups' having catch-ups about catch-ups ditto for meetings
Blanking out - deliberately staring at the pc screen when a colleague is trying to get your attention
remaining stony faced when smiled at by a 'member of staff of a lower grade
Blaming shifting the blame and calling it 'ownership'
Bitching discussing where people buy their clothing, what labels they wear, in an open plan office in a manner designed to be heard by people on lower salaries
talking about people who are sitting at the next work station and using the code word 'our friend from ...'
Language speaking in broad local accent or dialect without attempting to be understood
repeatedly using the word 'like' after every word (Liverpool - not sure why they do this)
Self Esteem the sort that many people feel they can buy from a designer shop and when they wear a certain label, feel they are instantly enhanced and admired by all regardless of whether they are or not
Telephone Unintelligably answering the telephone speaking at 200 mph and then complaining afterwards because they had to repeat themselves
Racism Talking about different races in a derogatory manner and pretending it's a joke
Ignoring the fact that the person being 'joked' about has probably heard the same 'joke' since the day they began school and their parents probably heard it many times long before that
Minimising the offence that people take
Arrogance
