Top Five Summer Jobs

It's the summer. You need a job. But how do you know where to work?

Well, you can look anywhere for a job over the summer. But I'll guarantee you, that these offer the most fun. Maybe not the most money, but you'll have fun.

Now here are the results:

5. Fast Food - Lots of work, little pay, who could be happier? Honestly, you are only busy during mealtimes, and you have lots of free food. However…The pay blows.

4. Anywhere With Laser Tag - I'm sure you've seen these places before. They have, and arcade machines everywhere, cheap little prizes, pizza, and huge profits. Sure, you have to deal with little Billy deciding to throw up in a corner after eating cheap pizza and playing on the go-carts, only to be found a week later, and cleaned up with bleach and steel wool; but, there are also slow times when you can enjoy free laser tag with your freeloading buddies.

3. eBay auctioneer - People love crap. You've seen those estate sales that you always drive by, right? Well, let me tell you, they are a gold mine. Some lady inherits her dead aunt's house; the dead aunt has an Indian artifact collection; the lady has no clue that those arrowheads aren't worthy more than a quarter each. Then, you sell those on eBay, make profit, you get the idea.

2. Somewhere with air conditioning - Definitely #2. You cannot survive the summer, especially anywhere south of New York, without air conditioning. You will die a horrible, gruesome, heat related organ failure of some sort(!) Banks are good. Money counting is easy, but gets boring quickly.

1. Camp Counselor - This is a sweet, sweet job. You can get away from life for a couple months and just relax. Of course there are kids, but just make sure you get the younger ones (fourth or fifth graders) and they really aren't hard to watch. Really, in this job, you are paid to have fun. Screw air conditioning, you can go buy a small army of fans to accompany you in your cabin.

Well, there it is. Please comment.
