The only difference is that now they need to protect their profits even more, strive even harder to maximise them, and do even more to keep the shareholders happy. This is not to advocate a "Universal Health Care Policy" or to argue whether or not Health Care is a "red" (Republican) or "blue" (Democrat) issue. The need to improve our Health Care system is a universal right that every American deserves and guaranteed under the constitution - yet it has not been fixed or improved.
