Should Schools be Distributing Condoms?

Parents seem to be concerned with schools distributing condoms and what this message is sending our children. Should schools really be distributing condoms to our children and why?

Social Skills Taught in School: Do Adults Really Behave That Way?

The mission of most schools is to produce well-rounded, good behaving young adults. Along with reading, writing, and math, children are taught social skills. Students must be quiet and must walk quietly in a single line. How many well-rounded, good behaving adults do you see following those rules? Are the social skills they are being taught in school really a means to producing independent members of the community? Or are they simply to teach the children they had better listen or else?

Broken American School Systems and Poor Teaching

Why are kids not learning anything to survive and compete in society when they someday have to hit the streets on their own? Who is to blame for the poor teaching in our school systems? Is it right to graduate kids who cannot even do the simplest of math or cannot construct a sentence? Do we give in to the new way to communicate such as text messaging and give up on teaching proper English?
