A body found in the Oder River in December of 2000 was that of Dariusz Janiszewski who operated a small advertising firm in the city of Wroclaw with no enemies, no criminal record and with no solid leads the case went cold after six months, as written a letter from Poland.

The Invasion of Poland

Adolf Hitler's Nazi party took power in Germany in 1933. Germany then signed a non-aggression pact with Poland in 1934. Germany wanted to get back the Free City of Danzig establishing a new border. Poland rejected the idea, fearing that this proposal would weaken them and lose their freedom to Germany.
