Lack of Unscheduled Time in America

In older generations, Americans had plenty of unscheduled time. Now, Americans have to deal with being busy 24 hours a day, seven days a week. What are the pros and cons of unscheduled time versus scheduled time? How does it effect children and adults of our generation? Can this problem be fixed? If so, what are the possible solutions to this lack of unscheduled time?

Recent polls show that many voters, Republicans and Democrats alike, are upset with the President. Indeed, his ratings have dipped to a surprising low. The only ratings lower than his are those of Congress, as it slowly dawns on disgusted Americans what they ushered in with their 2006 votes.
