Since the 1800s, people were exposed to asbestos without realizing it. This occurred in places of employment, schools, and even apartment building where people lived without knowing it. As a result of the severity of it, people exposed to it have a legal right to seek action. The fact that most people diagnosed with Mesothelioma don’t live more than a year after being diagnosed means they need to take action fast.
