The food we throw away because it is no longer fresh affects the planet. Millions of tons of organic matter and chemicals used in food stuffs are plowed into the earth everyday. Half the world starves because you buy more food than you can eat and throw the surplus away.

The government is going too far and the world is eagerly handing over more power to an elite few that are dead-set on undermining personal freedom and taking full control of the populations that they were sworn to protect.

Hopefully, hamburger lovers will cut back and make it a specially ordered item, and not a staple of the American experience. Basically, the manure contributes to the problem and becoming a vegetarian will decrease the carbon dioxide by 1.5 tons a year according to research by the University of Chicago.
