Is Freedom an Illusion?

Most civilized people associate freedom with welfare and independence. This might lead one to believe that the more freedom a person has, the happier he or she will be. Nevertheless, it is imperative that certain limitations be imposed, hence the existence of an absolute freedom becomes questionable or illusory to some philosophers.

The Day the World Watched as Freedom Died

As I sit here writing this article, I cannot stop thinking about the day that this article will be banned. The government is going too far and the world is eagerly handing over more power to an elite few that are dead-set on undermining personal freedom and taking full control of the populations that they were sworn to protect.

US Military: 18yr Olds Forbidden to Drink But Trained to Kill?

The US Military takes 18yr olds and trains them to fight for our freedom, but what about theirs? They have to wait 3yrs to be recognized as adults with all the rights 21 and over have.
