Debates rage. Some, or most don’t care. Many say go Nuclear. Others are die hard wind and solar supporters. The truth is that at the level of consumption of our country, we could cover every square inch of our country with wind turbines and still not come close. Here’s what can and will save the environment.

Obviously, problems such as global warming, ozone depletion, and use of non-replaceable resources are issues that can not easily nor quickly be solved, but are issues that companies such as BP, Toyota, and Wal-Mart can address.

In New York and other large cities, hybrid taxis are becoming mandated. Since there has been a shortage in the availability of these vehicles, natural gas taxis can fill the supply gap. These vehicles are green and save green while not changing what it's like to ride a taxi.

In Utah, natural gas for vehicles costs 63 cents a gallon. Natural gas fuel across the nation is on average 1-2 dollars a gallon making this alternative to gasoline worth it. The technology is available today and this article introduces the technology.
